Quantity Surveyor
PT. Gading Megah Jaya -Jakarta

• Male / Female maximal 32 years old
• S1-Educational background in Civil Engineering/Architect
• Having minimum 3 years experience , preferable at QS Consultant , Contractor and Developer
• Having experience in handling major projects more expecially the hotel & apartment
• Be able to Auto CAD kegiatan and ms project
• Be able in Estimator
• Good command in written and oral English is a plus
• Good Relationship , Communicative , Teamwork and Hard worker
• Fast learner and self-motivate
• Good leadership , Communicative , and good analytical
• Willing to work under pressure and ha ve a “sense of urgency”

• Monitoring tunnelling across construction site

• Liaising with design teams
